James Ring

James Allan Ring, age 49, passed away Friday morning, October 1, 2021, at Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe. He had been a resident since 1992 of Scioto Trails Group Home. He was born in Chillicothe on March 1, 1972, to the late Jerry John Ring and Mae Frances Payne Ring. He was baptized into the Catholic faith. He is survived by two brothers, Gerald John ( Julie ) Ring of Hixon, Tennessee, and Ralph ( Elaine ) Gueltig II of Rutland, Ohio; two sisters, Victoria Faulkner of Dayton, Ohio, and Shirley ( Jerry ) Wilson of Nelsonville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and all the staff and friends at Scioto Trails Group Home who were his " everyday family." Graveside services will take place on Sunday at 12:30 P.M. at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Wellston with the Rev. Thomas Wm. Herge officiating. The family requests memorial contributions in Jimmy Ring's name be made to the Scioto Trails Group Home, 374 Good Manor Rd., Lucasville,Ohio 45648. Arrangements are by the Jenkins Funeral Chapel.
